Taralu Weekend Retreat

An upcoming weekend home envisioned as a series of clusters gathered around a central courtyard. Rooted in cultural references yet expressed through a contemporary language, the design balances tropical sensibilities with local influences. Spaces flow through a gradient of privacy, where natural materials, gentle hues and shifting scales create moments of intimacy and openness. With stone-masonry walls, expressive landscapes and carefully choreographed transitions, the house becomes both inward-looking and outward-reaching — an experience of living between shelter and nature.
